Nature of Liquidation Inventory

All merchandise sold by Direct Source Liquidation LLC is categorized as liquidation inventory. These products may include:

  • Customer returns

  • Discontinued items

  • Refurbished products

Because liquidation pallets often contain mixed-condition items, products may vary in condition, packaging, or completeness. Some items may show signs of handling, damaged packaging, or missing accessories.

Buyers accept these conditions when purchasing liquidation inventory.


No Refunds on Completed Orders

Due to the wholesale and liquidation nature of our products, all sales are generally considered final once an order has been processed and shipped.

We do not offer refunds for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Individual items within a pallet not meeting resale expectations

  • Packaging damage or cosmetic imperfections

  • Differences between estimated retail value and resale value

Customers are encouraged to review product descriptions carefully before completing their purchase.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before the order has been processed or prepared for shipment.

If an order cancellation is requested after payment but before processing begins, we may issue a refund minus any applicable administrative or payment processing fees.

Once an order has entered the shipping process, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If a customer receives an order that is significantly damaged during transportation or if the wrong shipment is delivered, customers must contact Direct Source Liquidation LLC within 48 hours of delivery.

To review such cases, customers may be required to provide:

  • Photos of the shipment

  • Photos of damaged pallets or packaging

  • Order confirmation details

Our team will investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.


Freight Damage Claims

When orders are shipped through freight carriers, responsibility for transportation may transfer to the carrier once the shipment leaves our warehouse.

If visible damage occurs during delivery, customers are advised to:

  1. Inspect the shipment before signing the delivery receipt.

  2. Note any damage on the delivery paperwork.

  3. Take photos of the damage immediately.

This documentation helps facilitate freight damage claims when applicable.


International Orders

For international shipments, Direct Source Liquidation LLC is not responsible for:

  • Customs delays

  • Import duties or taxes

  • Shipment restrictions in the destination country

Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local import regulations before placing an order.
